Family and Friends

I have some really good ones in my life.

My friends sort of add up by the years that go by.

When I was little I had the ones that sort of came my way (and they are still with me....), their names are Sabina and Therese.

After that, the closest ones tended to be the ones I worked with or some others I met in church (redeemer in NY City).

The former ones I met in New York, Camilla Slertman and Timothy Nazzaro. In Sweden, they are Martina Olsson (you know you're my love dear, always) and Her man Mr. Johan Miderberg.

The latter, one of them is Elizabeth Cochet.

I Know They are Through Thick and Thin. In Other words, Forever. Together with my Sabina and my Therese.

It's important to value the ones you have in your life. I too happen to have the Best mom in the world. I happen to have the Best Ever Aunt in the world. I did have the Best Grand Father in This World, Birger.

I'm being soft now. Don't know why. I just feel like I am Not grateful enough. Working on that. Please work on that you too.

The Exhibit: Dear Nike

In a press release sent out to Stockholm's media world say's that this collaboration was between the photographer and the model. One correction: it was a collaboration between the photographer, model AND the stylist as it says on Martin Vallin's (the photographer) website as well. This info went missing for some reason.

It was an experiment on how we nowadays mix art with commerce.This mixed with playing around on the subject, can fashion/photography/ clothing be art? For this to happen the stylist is needed. So it all was about the collaboration between the 3 of us.

Each week of Fall 2007 we had a new theme, they all started from the theme of the clothing, then the photographer and model created around that.

I am including here an image, that I found on Martin's website which is also my favorite. It show's the talent of the 3 of us.

The Factory: Dear Nike

with me, martin and nike.

In the fall of 2007 the 3 of us met once a week to create a theme, the meaning was to mix commerce with art. It was too Sort of an homage to Andy Warhol and his Factory.

Turned out to be a very cool project. It will now show at Urban Outfitters/ Biblioteksgatan/ Stockholm starting this coming July 1st.

If you're in Sweden/ Stockholm, I think you should check it out.
